We’re Mitch and Brydie — locals, parents, and the people behind Glass. Everything we create comes from a simple belief: food should be real, sourced carefully, and made properly.

Our Story

We started Glass Wholefoods because we wanted to create the kind of place we were looking for. Somewhere you could grab a genuinely healthy meal made from real ingredients, without having to second-guess what was in it.

We’ve both grown up here on the Sunshine Coast and now we’re lucky enough to be raising our two kids (and our dog, who’s very much part of the family) in this community we love. Health has always been a big part of our lives, but so has balance. We believe food should make you feel good, but it should also taste amazing and be something you look forward to.

When we opened the doors, our goal was simple: to serve food that’s good for you and tastes incredible, using whole foods, local produce, and no seed oils. Just honest meals that fuel your day and fit into everyday life.

For us, Glass Wholefoods is more than a café. It’s about connection, community, and looking after each other. It’s a place where locals and visitors can come together, share good food, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.

Honestly LOVE this coffee – hubby bought me some bags for Christmas and I’ve just reordered! I’m normally a Merlo or Tobys Estate girl, but this coffee has turned me into a complete coffee snob where I’d rather brew my own cup at home than have a coffee out.
